Potato Starch (DMSO/DMF Eluent: KD-806M)

Potato starch was analyzed using organic SEC column GPC KD-806M with DMSO/DMF eluent containing LiBr. Adding LiBr in eluent can suppress the influence of ionic group like carboxyl group, which starch includes. Potato starch was dissolved at 80deg-C.
