Comparison of Calibration Curves for KD-802.5 and SB-802.5 HQ (DMF Eluent: PEG, PEO and PS)

For the calibration curve for GPC KD-802.5 , PEG and PEO should be used as the standards. The calibration curve with PS is far different from that with PEG and PEO. For the calibration curve for OHpak SB-802.5 HQ, both PEG, PEO and PS can be used as the standards. The calibataion cuve with PS is almost as same as that with PEG and PEO.
