Effect of Injection Volume (KF-402HQ, KF-406LHQ)

The effect of injection volume on theoretical plate numbers (TPN) is investigated for organic SEC semi-micro columns GPCKF-402HQ and KF-406LHQ. Injection volume of 5µL or less is appropriate for KF-402HQ and injection volume of 20µL or below is adequate for using 2 KF-406LHQ columns.
