MW Distribution Analysis (KF-406L HQ)
MW distribution of SRM 706 was measured using organic solvent SEC (GPC) semi-micro column, GPC
KF-406LHQ and conventional organic solvent SEC (GPC) column, GPC
KF-806M. Both columns provided good agreements even using different detector systems (Light scattering and sedimentation equilibrium) that provide absolute MW information as well as column fractionation method using Mw/Mn measurements.
