Trialkylamines (YK-421)
Trialkylamines were separated using cation chromatography column, IC
YK-421. By using the mobile phase stated below, hydrophobic interaction dominates ioninc-interaction. Therefore, shorter chain alkyl amines (less hydrophobic) will elute before longer ones.
