Mono-, Di- and Trisaccharides (1)
Asahipak
NH2P-50 is a column for the analysis of saccharides by normal phase mode. Under this mode, saccharides are basically
eluted in increasing order of molecular weights. An increase of organic solvent in the eluent delays the elution of saccharides. NH2P column allows the separation of saccharides at room temperature without causing
anomer separation as these columns are alkaline environment due to the bonded
amino groups.
