Durability against Acidic Solvents

Since Asahipak NH2P-50 column is chemically stable, the durability against acidic solvents is better than that of silica-based amino columns.

Testing procedure

(2)Replacement(1hr) Eluent : H₂O Flow rate : 0.5mL/min Column temp. : Room temp.

(3)Equilibrium(1hr) Eluent : 0.1M NaOH Flow rate : 0.5mL/min Column temp. : Room temp.
