Saccharides Analysis in Ionic Liquid (DC-613)
Mono- and di-saccharides in ionic liquid were analyzed by RSpak
DC-613. Saccharides were separated under ligand-exchange and HILIC separation modes. The presence of one type of ionic liquids, 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, did not interfere with saccharide separation.
