Apple Juice (SC1011)
Saccharides and a sugar alcohol contained in apple juice were analyzed
using SUGAR
SC1011 (a column for saccharides analysis).
(Sample pretreatment)
1) Take 5g of apple juice in a beaker, add 30mL of pure water and neutralize
with 10%(W/V) NaOH aq. cooled with ice.
2) Apply ultrasonic vivration for 30 minutes and make 50mL solution with pure
water.
3) Filtrate with 0.45 micron membrane filter.
