Analysis of Organic Acids (Eluent Conteinig Cyclodextrin)

Organic acid standards were analyzed using RSpak KC-811. The elution time of organic acids which have long carbon chain such as butyric acid or valeric acid can be shortened adding cyclodextrin in the eluent.


Sample : 5mM each , 20micro-L

Columns      : Shodex RSpak KC-LG (8.0mmID*50mm) + KC-811 (8.0mmID*300mm) x 2
Eluent       : 2mM HClO4 + 4mM alph-cyclodextrin(pH3.0)
Reagent      : 10-fold diluted ST3-R (for post column method)
Flow rate    : (Eluent); 1.0mL/min, (Reagent); 0.5mL/min 
Detector     : VIS(430nm)
