Dextran (2) (DMSO Eluent)

In-column solvent of GPC KF-806M was replaced from THF to DMSO and dextran standards of MW 2,000,000 and MW 500,000 were analyzed. The molecular weight distribution of dextran, MW 2,000,000 was rather wide and two peaks were observed.
