Effect of Column Temperature (ODP2 HP)

The relation between column temperature and retention time and the relation between column temperature and theoretical plate number (TPN) for ODP2 HP 4D (4.6mm ID x 150mm length) are shown. As retention time and TPN vary with changes in column temperature, the use of a column oven for temperature control is recommended.
