Chelating Compounds (ODP-40)
Chelating compounds were analyzed with Asahipak
ODP-40 4D (a column for reversed phase chromatography).
(Sample preparation)
The chelating agents were dissolved into 10mM sodium bicarbonate and 10mM sodium carbonate aqueous solution whose pH is adjusted to
11.1 by tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide. After the adjustment of pH,
the surplus amount of 0.01M iron chloride solution was added for making chelating compounds.
