Orange Juice
Saccharides in orange juice were analyzed using SUGAR
SC1011
(a column for saccharides analysis). For the pretreatment of juice, first, the
sample was filtrated 2 times using a 0.45 micron disposal filter. Then, it was
treated with a mini-column packed with anion ion exchanger. And it was filtered
again. In front of glucose and fructose peaks, a large peak was observed and it
was considered to be oligosaccharides.
