Sample : 0.1ppm each, 20micro-L
1. Oxytetracycline
2. Tetracycline
3. Chlortetracycline

Column       : Shodex Asahipak ODP-40 4D (4.6mmID*150mm)
Eluent       : Imidazole buffer/Methanol
Detdctor     : Fluorescence(Ex.380nm, Em.520nm)
