Tap Water and Red Wine
Tap water and red wine were analyzed using
IC Y-521.
Tap water and red wine contain Zn
2+ as well as Mg
2+ and Ca
2+. Since the trivalent cations such as Fe
3+ and Al
3+ are changed into complex ions and elute first, they never remain in the columns nor damage them.
