Monovalent and Divalent Cation Standards (6) (Comparison of YS-50 and YK-421)
The six main cations can be separated using a newly developed column, IC
YS-50.
Comparing with the conventional column IC
YK-421, the theoretical plate number of divalent cations
becomes more than double and the separation of Na
+ and NH
4+ becomes about 1.2 times.
