Effect of Sample Concentration (3) (KF-406LHQ)

The relationships between the sample concentration and their elution volumes were examined using organic solvent SEC (GPC) semi-micro column, GPC KF-406LHQ. The figure shows increased elution volumes when sample concentrations were increased. Also it shows that this influence is bigger for the larger compounds analysis even at the lower concentration ranges. The table shows recommended maximum sample concentrations and injection volumes based on analytes MW.
