CLNpak PAE-800 was used for GPC clean-up of phthalic acid esters. Compared with the case of analysis with acetone eluent, the saparation of peak 1 and peak 3 to 14 is insufficient.

Two CLNpak PAE columns which have different column size are compared. PAE-2000 (20mmID x 300mm) column has 6.25 times larger cross section area than PAE-800 (8mmID x 300mm) column and large amount of sample can be loaded to PAE-800 column.
