Both PROTEIN KW-803 and Company A column (a column for aqueous SEC (GFC)) show high mass recoveries of ribonuclrease A and thyroglobulin. Such high recoveries are attributed to minimum adsorption properties. Furthermore, the calibration curve obtained by sample loading and peak areas shows good linearity in a wide range between 1 micro-g to 100 micro-g.
