Red Wine (3) (YS-50)

Red wine diluted 20 times was analyzed using IC YS-50 (a column for cation chromatography) by non-supprresor method. Monoethanolamine other than Na⁺, NH₄⁺, K⁺, Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺ was detected.
